Living into our Baptism is a lifelong process that does not end with Sunday School or Confirmation. For many, it is a journey that truly begins in adulthood. And, what it means to follow Christ takes on new shapes as our lives take on new dimensions. The community around us is integral to how we grow as individuals. Below, you will find some of the Adult Formation opportunities available at St. Paul’s, but be sure to check in regularly as a lot of our offerings are seasonal.
Each fall, this class meets weekly to prepare adults for Confirmation in the Episcopal Church. We explore and discuss various aspects of the faith, including scripture, church history, belief, and worship. The time is low-pressure, welcoming those who are simply exploring or want a refresher. Look for announcements about scheduling and sign-ups in the early fall.

Join us every June for Vacation Bible School (VBS), one of the most exciting weeks of the year! Kids will dive into Bible stories, make new friends, sing catchy songs, and explore their faith in a dynamic environment. Acolytes assist the clergy in leading worship by carrying the cross and candles in the procession and helping to prepare the altar for Communion. They perform small but vital roles that enhance our worship experience. Youth typically receive training during the Confirmation process, and additional training sessions are offered periodically throughout the year. If a young person in your family would like to serve in this meaningful way, please reach out!
Acolyte Advisors:

Our Youth Confirmation classes are offered yearly and are open to all sixth graders. This class helps prepare them to take on the promises made at their baptism, exploring the role of Holy Scripture, the dimensions of prayer and worship, and how our Episcopal tradition informs our life in the world. The curriculum is based on a model developed at St. Paul’s and is led by Fr. Pete and a faithful team of adult mentors.
If you have a sixth grader or are interested in helping mentor this group, please contact the Church Office.
