In baptism, we affirm that we belong to the God who is made known to us in Jesus and we promise (or, if we are infants or very young children, promises are made on our behalf) to live our lives in accordance with this deepest truth about who we are. Confirmation in the Episcopal Church is a sacramental rite in which a baptized person makes a mature and public affirmation of our baptismal vows.

As the school year draws closer, the time is coming for Sixth Grade Confirmation Class to begin. Confirmation Sunday is currently scheduled for November 8. We know things may change between now and then, but for now, we are planning on this date.
Because of certain changes around the parish, Confirmation classes will necessarily be different than they have in the past. How they will be conducted is still being established so we all appreciate your patience as we navigate this time. As we get more information and clarity, we’ll pass more information on to you.
For now please contact Fr. Ben in the Church Office at 251-342-8521 or to register your sixth grader or with any questions you may have. We look forward to being with them this fall!
